How you sleep determines how well your skin looks!
Not sleeping well? Join the club! Many Americans, for a variety of reasons, are not only not getting enough sleep but are also not getting enough quality sleep. And although many of us brush off this lack of sleep and think that we can play catch-up over time, according to several recent studies we may be wreaking havoc on the long-term appearance of our skin.
I recently had the opportunity to sit down with SkinMedica, an internationally recognized skin-care company, and spoke with them about the effects that good (and bad) sleep has on the health of our skin.
